What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the Branch 1916 version of the Win32 CEF Test App from
http://cefbuilds.com/ (CEF 3.1916.1680)
2. Open it.
3. The system says "The program can't start because mojo_system.dll is missing
from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Win32 CEF Test App should start normally.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This is Windows 8 running the Win32 CEF Test App (CEF 3.1916.1680).
Please provide any additional information below.
This is a known bug for this version of Chromium:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=358045
This is supposed to be fixed in r262728 for Chromium. I suggest we merge these
changes into Branch 1916 of CEF.
