CSS 3 Cursors do not work in CEF 1750

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build and Launch CEF Client
2. Nav to http://html5advent2011.digitpaint.nl/3/index.html
3. Hover over the CSS3 cursors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect All CSS3 Cursors but get standard pointer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CEF 1750 (Windows Tested)

Please provide any additional information below.

I should say I tested this on Windows 7 and 8.

Also it looks like cursor:none isn't working.

I opened this issue

recurring. Please fix once and for all.
