Crash when using a drop-down list. #1267

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Point cefclient to any URL with a drop-down list (select tag). For example, 
the menu in http://www.echoecho.com/htmlforms11.htm that defaults to Butter.
2. Click on the menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The menu should open, but instead the process crashes. This happens every time 
for me.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I saw this with the builds on cefbuilds.com for all the branches I tried:
3.1935.1683
3.1916.1685
3.1750.1679
This is on Windows 8.1 with the 32bit builds.

Please provide any additional information below.
