Thanks for your fantastic work. Could you please provide some sample code for benchmarking your technology against other spatial domain technologies?

Hi thank you for your interests. We have provided a detailed methods section about how we preprocessed datasets and benchmarked other tools with SPACE in our paper. For the tools tested in the benchmark, we followed the instruction of each tool and you could also find the parameters we used for each tool in the methods section. For SPACE, we have provided some simple tutorials (https://tutorial-space.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) for users to apply SPACE on their own datasets, and we think you could easily test SPACE against other tools by following these tutorials.
