Inquiry about Software for Full-Length Protein Prediction #60

Hello, I apologize for the disturbance. Thank you for creating such excellent software. However, while using TEsorter, I found that it only annotates parts of proteins within domains. If I want to obtain full-length predicted proteins, could you recommend any software? It's worth noting that the promoters of these transposons can be P, M, F, or O.

I do not know software or methods to obtain full-length predicted proteins. Do you have idea how to obtain full-length predicted proteins? What do you mean about P, M, F, or O?
