NullPointerException in MediaWriter #230

It seems to me that MediaWriter.convertToPicture() should be modified as 
follows:

old code:
  IStream stream = mStreams.get(streamIndex);

new code:
  IStream stream = mStreams.get(getOutputStreamIndex(streamIndex));
