Hi,

I see a '--ploidy' parameter in Chorus2. I have a question, if I set this parameter in polyploidy, can we get more probes than the default parameter?

Hello Dr. Yu,

The parameter '--ploidy' is a test parameter in Chorus2, which is still under development. We do not recommend users to change it.

To develop more probes, you can try to reduce the step length ('--step' parameter) for k-mer searching.
