Zunda:

  1. weather data (baseline: find by-state csv)
  2. transportation data

Anhua:

  1. Design the view.py structure (baseline: being able to take input and process output and set up a simplest html skeleton)

Xiang:

  1. Design the general plot and "zoom-in" plots for each county (baseline: functionalize each plot)
