Screen Capture does not account for more complex page elements

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Complexity of webpage/website elements
2. "Floating" or "omnipresent" page footers that 
3. E.g. http://www.nutropin.com/index.jsp

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Screen capture will account for these footers by "pushing" them down as it 
scrolls to capture the entire page. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Microsoft 7
