incorrect capture on twitter #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.log into twitter's web page interface
2.capture a region
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see what was within the bounding box
I see a PNG the includes part of the window bar overlaid

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20.0.1132.57 Google Chrome, seen on Mac OS and Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

No matter where you capture the image on Twitter the menu bar on Twitter always 
appears.
