Annotation options inaccessible #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Capture a scren shot
2. Mouse over the annotation options (highlight, redact, text, line)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The options to change colors and size pop up but they are on a layer behind the 
captured image

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Chrome Version 22.0.1229.79 m
latest screen capture

Sorry, duplicate issue. I didn't sort the defect list properly and missed that 
it had been reported.
