Copy and Print command is not visible #227

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the Screen Capture icon
2. Select Capture Visible Content or Whole Page option
3. The Copy and Print commands are hidden behind the captured screen and 
therefore inaccessible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It used to work until the latest Chrome Version 22.0.1229.79 m was installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Version 22.0.1229.79 m; Windows 7 Pro;

Please provide any additional information below.
The functions used to work.
