Picture editing drop down menu is behind the picture #244

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Capturing a picture, every time
2.Trying to use the edit menus
3.Menus consistently drop down behind picture, rendering them useless

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is the menus appearing in front of the picture. Result is menus 
appearing behind picture and becoming unusable

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0.5 Windows XP. The issue occurs when using Win 7 as well

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm getting the same results. Capturing the visible content area makes the 
menus appear under the capture image and un-clickable. Looks like it needs a 
z-index fix or something.
