Fail to change the blur or highlight etc #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Just capture any screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect i can change the Redact to blur or highlight to something but then i 
cannot since the menu seems blocked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I dun no the version of the extension. 
Chrome: Version 23.0.1271.64
OS: OpenSuse 11.4

I found out the version of the extension, is 5.0.5
