Cannot select colors or shapes on the highlight, redact, line and text button #319

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any website and click Capture Whole Page
2. It opens up a new tab with the screen capture.  Tried to edit the screen 
capture by putting highlight but I cannot change the color of the highlight.  
Same issue with text, line and redact button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I click the Highlight, redact, text and line button - i expect different 
shapes and colors to select from

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP 64bit
Screen capture by Google 5.0.6
Google Chrome Version 27.0.1453.94 m

I have exactly the same issue.

Win 7 64 bit.
Screen Capture 5.0.6
Chrome Version 29.0.1547.66 m

Ah, me too. There seems to be a box appearing but it's hidden behind the 
captured image.
