Silverilght / WPF          : Both
Managed Code / JavaSctipt  : Both
Browser and its Version    : All

Formatting the Percentage value in Pie/Doughnut charts. Currently
Percentage shown in Pie label appears in 2 decimal places. Users should be
able to format the Percentage value similar to YValueFormatString for YValue.

Formatting the Percentage value should be applicable for all chart types.
