Effect in single variant analysis? #121

Hi, This is concerning the output of linear regression which contains the columns: REF ALT AF U V EFFECT

  1. It appear that AF is the allele frequency that corresponds to the frequency of ALT allele? Can you please confirm the same?

  2. What do U and V stand for?

  3. Does Effect corresponds to the effect of reference or alternate allele?
