--siteFile does not work ... #18

hi, Xiaowei:

please see the attached screenshot. I used --siteFile to limit to a list of 33 SNPs for analysis, but RVTESTS simply ignored that option and proceed analyzing all variants and therefore take a long long time.

can you please take a look to make sure that --siteFile does work?

I have fixed the problem. After some more tests, I plan to put the fix online during the day. Thanks Jie.
