bed bim fam as inputs #6

how to use rvtest with .bed .bim .fam files as inputs ? Or I am i missing simple thing?

I did not explicitly support PLINK binary files as VCF files can represent more types of genetic data (e.g., genotypes and dosages). Actually, you can convert PLINK binary file to VCF, and the subsequent analyses are the same.
