--hide-covar does not work with firth test (v20181226) #75

Hi!

I am using the updated version (20181226) and try to run the firth test (--single firth) with the --hide-covar option. The latter does not work meaning that I am always getting the full range of covariate effects in my output. This makes it very inconvenient to apply the test genome-wide.

Could you please see whether that is a small bug ?
