detail paragraphs style + remove chinese chars from english version #34

This PR contains too many changes. I will first translate the Chinese chars into English. For your changes in bin.js, could you tell me what's filters, watch and validate?

I was trying to fix the build process but feels too messy to me so I gave up. I'd recommend redoing it from scratch without all these hacks to reference old versions and using a proper argument parser library such as yargs.
