sorry,I didn't use qemu on winows...

You will need to build it from source any way. I suggest you first get to apply the patch (tortoisegit merge, python patch tool, etc) and then crack your head on how to compile it. Have no experience doing it, but that's how I'd start. Hit a wall -> Google error->Repeat
