Purge oprofile samples #146

A customer report: "oprofile creates lots of small files in 
/var/lib/oprofile/samples. This was on the same partition as /tmp which mysql 
uses. The partition ran out of inodes."

This issue was updated by revision r408.

Delete oprofile data too
