Reason for request:

Many users use third party alarm clock apps. These apps use the same system 
alarm setting, and will overwrite each other without warning. Allowing the user 
to specify the desired alarm app to display when the Next Alarm extension is 
clicked will prevent alarms from being accidentally changed or disabled.

I can rebase this against master if desired. I had to make a number of changes 
to build with Android Studio 0.23, so it may not merge cleanly.
