I can't make dashclock my primary lock screen. #552

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I tried to move to the rightmost part of the screen but I can't
2.every time a new notification vines in, I see it on the phones basic locked 
screen

Which device and Android version are you experiencing this issue on? Galaxy s4 
active with 4.2
