Please allow ISO 8601 date format (for non-english speaking people) #556

In the screen, please allow option to change date like this:

  FRI OCT 05

The month names are hard to remember for non-eglish people. Instead add option 
to select ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD, which being numeric, is easily comprehendable.
