0.6 javacv repo no longer accessible

Trying to download a 0.6 jar from 
http://maven2.javacv.googlecode.com/git/com/googlecode/javacv/javacv/0.6/ 
results in a 403 permission error.

This issue has been around for roughly 2-4 weeks.

Looks like another good reason to move out of Google Code :) Starting with 
JavaCV 0.8, I've moved everything to GitHub and the Maven Central Repository: 
http://bytedeco.org/ , so that should fix this problem, or more precisely not 
create these kinds of problems in the future.

Thanks for fixing it. We'll be switching to JavaCV 0.8 as soon as we move from 
Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04. It's too much of a pain to update the libc library in 
12.04.
