Apple80211SetPower not working in v3.0 (3.1.2..) #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call Apple80211SetPower with 1 to turn Wi-Fi On
2. Call returns with 0 as OK
3. Wi-Fi is still off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wi-Fi was supposed to be turned on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.1.2 - iPOD or IPhone 3G

Please provide any additional information below.
When trying to turn the Wi-Fi off, it only disconnects from the AP

I have experienced the same issue, with the same environment (iPhone 3.1.2).
The relevant entries on the console log are:
