Uncomment "ABOUT ME" sidebar title #150

Hello,

I don't seem to have permission to create a PR.

In layouts/partials/side.html on line 13, <hr><h5><a href="{{ "/about" | relLangURL }}">ABOUT ME</a></h5> is commented out leading to the About Me sidebar section to have no title.

@danielashare Everyone should have permission to create a PR.

I'd prefer not to have the 'about me' title at the top of the sidebar. If you like it, you can add it by uncommenting this line and placing it in the 'layouts/partials' directory of your repository.
