doesn't work with flashing javascript code

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Included flashing javascript code for multiple images makes .png pictures 
grow indefinitely. On IE6 appear the pictures under the position marker 
2. Windews XP SP2 with original IE6 ( for test purposes )
3. Used IE9.js
Tested in www.minicepillos.com including:

<!--[if lt IE 9]>
<script src="cssjs/IE9.js">IE7_PNG_SUFFIX=".png";</script>
<![endif]-->

before any link
