Build errors and warnings under VS 2010 #238

I've converted BuildAll.sln inside Visual Studio 2010 without any errors. The 
build completed with errors (see attached image for more information). I can 
attach fixed VS 2010 sln and project files if you like.

Well, of you are doing something, which is not supported by the framework yet, 
then what do you expect? I don't see an issue with current trunk and VS.NET 
2010 simple because at this moment all solution files are provided for VS.NET 
2008.

I've converted few VS2008 projects and it was surprised AF failed to build 
after conversion. The problem exists in references, they are wrong after 
conversion. I will try investigate all VS2008 project files maybe there is 
something which can be improved and will fix this issue enabling valid 
conversion to VS2010 format.

All project/solution files are updated to use VS.NET 2010 (C#/C++ Express 
Edition 2010 is fine). Both Release and Debug builds work find out of SVN.

Committed in revisions 1635-1636. Will be released in version 2.2.3.
