gpio readall piBoardRev: Unable to determine board revision from /proc/cpuinfo -> No "Hardware" line -> You may want to check: -> http://www.lemaker.org/

I fixed this issue by following the official Orange Pi wiki which uses a different implementation of WiringPi:
