Anyone wanting working Galaxy xml tool files is welcome to

They work fine here. YMMV etc.
I'll make sure the tests work and submit them as new tools.
For anyone wanting similar wrappers for your own local Galaxy instance: the 
model I've used in the above galaxy tool descriptors is easy to clone for 
simple command line tools like these. So go for it. I'm happy to help in any 
way I can.
