When MathLinks is enabled, clicking an external link of the form [display text](URL) raises the following error, as you can see in the image below. This is the sandbox vault, with only MathLinks enabled.
File name cannot contain any of the following characters: \ / :
This only happens in LIVE PREVIEW.
This error doesn't happen for external links like http://obsidian.md (i.e. a raw URL).
