Plugin config option for both individual page pdfs AND combined pdf #74

I may be wrong, but it seems as though combining the PDF's into one location overwrites allowing to see individual PDF's. I would really hope this would be a quick fix and would like to have the option for both?

I had not seen the open issue until now, for which I am closing this one.
