The current 1GC pre flag scripts take about 5 hours to run on ilifu with a 32-core node. This seems way too slow considering that it's only basic flags. Perhaps mpicasa is not working properly. Alternatively, manually parallelizing it by looping over submss might also work.

[ ] If not, parallelize the calibrator scans flagging
[ ] The first few steps of flagging zeros and outliers can be directly down using casacore tables, which may be faster.
