multiple threads didn't work #42

Hi, I found it didn't work when I set CPU numbers for RAPSearch2. How can I run this tool for a multiple threads mode? Should I recompile it from source file with some specific parameters? I know some software only support multiple threads when you add some parameters when compiling it.
