Hi, I have a silly question about compiling the database. I want to use the TIGRFAMs database here
ftp://ftp.jcvi.org/pub/data/TIGRFAMs/14.0_Release/
I saw from the manual that I should use the command prerapsearch but I am not sure about which file to use from the TIGRFAMs and if anything particular to specify when compiling. Thanks!
