GNU autotools based build #8

builds/install with the standard procedure:

autoreconf -i
./configure
make
make install

required autoconf version may be lowered (this is just the one I am using), needs to be tested, though
removes all included boost files, these need not to be redistributed, but can / should be provided by the system (boost is pretty portable and provided by the distros)
includes the appropriate checks, boost libs are missing appropriate functions to check

This is also an opportunity to easily fix #3, since configure can pick up the external boost deps easily.

I just merged in your latest changes.

Can you merge this PR or is there anything staying in the way of it?
