Error running command mongoRunner.refresh #328

i installed and connected easily so no problem at that part.

but there is something wrong with the refresh button it shows this error

Error running command mongoRunner.refresh: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'provider'). This is likely caused by the extension that contributes mongoRunner.refresh.
