Cannot load NVML #1

I keep receiving the message "ERROR: Cannot loadl nvml." When I try to launch the miner. I have configured my bat file and can confirm that my batch file has been configured. I have also found a copy of nvml.dll on my system and copied to the folder where I am running the miner.

Observing the same error with the newest Nvidia drivers. I also have the .dll files and nvml_loader present. I've tried the --no-nvml flag with no change.
