fix #341 and add proxy support for new bing #351

及其简单修复了#341由于EdgeGPT模块更新导致的bug，希望有大佬能够重构。（仅测试了越狱模式） 同时增添了指定代理的功能，国内的孩子终于能用New Bing 啦。
