加入输出敏感词 #416

总有人在公众号引导GPT作出敏感发言（比如“历史上1989年发生了什么”），光是在输入端设置敏感词已经不够了。 加了一个敏感词输出的文档sensitive_words_output.txt。 如果两个文档内容相同也可以直接改wechat_mp_channel.py的路径。
