will support for the kcp protocol be considered? #86

Nice to meet realm.

Recently, I got acquainted with the kcp protocol, and I found that it is a good protocol.

At the same time, I found a mature rust language library in the rust library, which can support the implementation of the kcp protocol.

So I want to know, will the support for the kcp protocol be included in the development plan?
