Long Term Archiving of data? #1

Hi @zheminzhou,

We would like to include these Streptococcus MAGs on AncientMetagenomeDir, however a requirement we have is that the data must be included on a long-term archive (typically INDSC or institutional repositories).

However, as this data is already here, I would suggest that- if you're happy with doing so of course - maybe you could make a long-term archive with Zenodo as it has direct integration with github (you just have link the repository to a Zenodo account, then make a GitHub release and everything is done for you).

We could then use the Zenodo assigned DOI for AncientMetagenomeDir.

Hello @zheminzhou any possible of this? Otherwise we will unfortunately won't be able to include the genomes on AncientMetagenomeDir...
