Some thing wrong with PEPPAN_parser. #26

Hellow, there are something wrong when I am running PEPPAN_parser. Here is the error log: image However I still got some outputs from PEPPAN_parser even most of them had some problems, e.g., the software mistakenly counted all genes as core genes and no phyloneny was produced. outputs.zip
