http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/bfo/2012-07-20/ReleaseNotes resolves to a 
googledoc that appears to have been modified several times since July 20. These 
may be false positives (it lists me as making modifications, which I don't 
think I've done). But it would be good to be clear if this were intended to be 
a living document, or a stable one - if the latter, google docs doesn't seem a 
good way of releasing it.

I reviewed the changes. The notes were edited substantially on July 24 (the 
ontology was frozen, and the release notes subsequently written). There were 
only a couple of minor changes after that - correction of Janna's home page, 
for example. In order to discourage further editing, I change access rights to 
"can read" for everyone other than the owner Stefan.
