add: 'projects on to temporal region' subpropertyof 'occupies spatial region' #183

The former maps spatiotemporal regions to temporal regions the latter 
occurrents to temporal regions. Both temporal regions are the temporal extent. 
Since spatiotemporal region is an occurrent, the the projection relation 
obtains, the more general occupies relation obtains
