out-of-date BFO2 OWL link #193

On the BFO project home:

There is an out-of-date BFO OWL file link.

"For users of the prototype BFO 2 that was used in the OBO format project, you 
can import that version from
http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/bfo/2010-05-25/ruttenberg-bfo.owl" 

I think the link:
http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/bfo/2010-05-25/ruttenberg-bfo.owl
should be either updated or removed.
