Melanie is worried about the disappearance of part_of and has_participant from 
the spec and impact on users. Alan suggests to give the "part of at all times" 
the label "part of" and "has participant at some time" the label "has
participant".

I think this is a good solution.

After discussion at meeting of 2012-06-29 we decided to close this issue. We 
don't want to make the change now because it is unclear whether the assumptions 
of the old relation will carry to the new relations - there are four candidates 
for part-of (c,o x all/some times). So we will document this in the release 
notes and take it up again after we get wider comment from the community.
